Seven tasks that cannot share one folder
- Device manuals. One registration record, brand, model, and manual version. Original searchable PDF. Named views of the device. Registration must match the public regulator record. No upscaling, watermark removal, or inpainting.
- Confirmed skin lesions. Disease name plus site, symmetry, lesion type, distribution, color, size, count, shape, scale, crust, and how the diagnosis was reached. One patient stays inside one split.
- Poor-quality reports. Real photos with blur, glare, crop, occlusion, compression, or distance problems. No sharpening. The label is for abstention, not for inventing report text.
- Mouth and mucosa. Tooth, gingiva, tongue, lip, buccal mucosa, including normal anatomy and hard negatives.
- General library. A three-level taxonomy first: skin, eye, mouth; drugs and devices; imaging; test strips. Images that are not medical do not enter.
- Instrument reading. Uncorrected photos of scales and dials, with tick coordinates, units, and an explicit unreadable flag.
- Handwriting and forms. Real hospital layouts, counted by template, not filled with printed lab sheets alone.
