Privacy notice

This notice covers personal information you give Beijing Langhui Technology Co., Ltd. (“we”; brand LumeSage) through lumesage.com and its inquiry forms, and technical information we process to operate the site. Do not put identifiable patient information or clinical detail in a public form.

1. Controller

The organization that decides how this information is processed is Beijing Langhui Technology Co., Ltd. LumeSage is a brand of that company, not a separate legal person. Business and privacy requests: date@lumesage.com.

2. Information we process

• Inquiry and contact details: name or how we should address you, organization, role, email, phone, interest, a short description of the request, and other fields you choose to fill in.
• Technical logs: IP address, browser type, path, timestamp, and a coarse region, used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
• Not requested: patient names, national ID numbers, medical-record numbers, or identifiable source images. If you send any of these by mistake, email us and ask for deletion.

3. Purposes

We use the information above to reply to inquiries, continue a business discussion, arrange NDA or trial notes, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Where the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China applies, that processing is generally based on your consent, on steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, or on a legal obligation. Publishing this English text does not by itself mean another country’s statute applies.

4. Retention and sharing

• Inquiry records are kept for as long as follow-up and compliance require. Ordinary business leads are kept only as long as needed for those purposes, unless a law requires a longer period.
• We may use processors for email, SMS, and cloud infrastructure. They are asked to process only on instruction and to use reasonable safeguards.
• We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties. We may disclose information when a regulator or court requires it.
• De-identified medical data in a delivery project is handled under that project’s contract and data card. It is a different setting from this website notice. The project contract controls.

5. Your requests

Where applicable law allows, you may ask to access, copy, correct, or delete personal information tied to an inquiry, or to withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was already lawful. Send the request to date@lumesage.com and say which inquiry it concerns. We may need to confirm who is asking.

6. Cookies and logs

The site may use cookies or local storage that are needed for a session, a language preference, or security. We do not sell browsing profiles for advertising. You can limit cookies in your browser; some functions may then stop working.
