A directory is not a diagnosis model

Rank, department, and stated expertise answer whether a referral is plausible. Appointment slots answer whether a visit can be booked now. Those slots expire and stay on their own feed.

What is in scope

Hospitals: name, public description, address, published phone, website, level, public or private, a ranking only when the source is named, how to register, departments, and hours.
Clinicians: name, a photograph that matches an official hospital page, title, hospital, department, biography, and stated expertise.
Appointments: time, place, and booking link, delivered as an interface. The acceptance line in the spec is a delay of at most 24 hours, confirmed in the contract.

What is out of scope

National ID numbers and other unpublished personal data. Cartoons, stock faces, group photos, and heavy retouching. Example biographies from a procurement draft are not loaded as real people. A title that conflicts with the official page is a reject-the-batch issue.
