Trademarks and copyright

1. Name and brand

Beijing Langhui Technology Co., Ltd. is the company name and the contracting and invoicing entity.
LumeSage, its marks, and its visual design are brand assets of that company, whether registered or in use. The register and actual use control.
Without written permission, do not use “LumeSage” or “朗慧” in a product name, domain, or promotion in a way that is likely to cause confusion.

2. Copyright in the site

Unless marked otherwise, the text, layout, diagrams, sample structures (including data-card field notes and Gate report outlines), and compilations on this site are copyright of Beijing Langhui Technology Co., Ltd. You may quote them, with attribution, for procurement review. Do not adapt them and publish the result as your own product documentation.

3. Third-party rights

Third-party marks, standard names, and names of journals or institutions belong to their owners. A citation is for explanation. It is not sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. A campus or park name in an office address is not an endorsement.

4. Customer deliverables

Intellectual property and license scope for data packs, labeling specifications, and evaluation reports delivered under a contract follow that contract and the data card. This page does not expand or narrow those rights.
